Within our Quality team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:

Supply Chain Intern

(6 months, from January 2027)

During the internship, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Definition of quality processes in connection with field teams to ensure the compliance of assembled products
  • Improvement of quality standards, accompanied by training for teams on the modifications made

  • Monitoring of quality issues in a logic of standardization, formalization, and continuous improvement of quality procedures
  • Auditing control processes to identify levers for improvement and optimize their effectiveness

Your Background ##

Having completed higher education in quality or industrial engineering, you have a strong technical curiosity and an interest in discovering quality challenges in a watchmaking manufacture.

Comfortable in the field and a good communicator, you enjoy interacting with employees to understand their problems and provide solutions that will allow them to be detected and resolved as early as possible. Conscientious, rigorous, and patient, you are comfortable with quality tools (DMAIC, QQOQCCP, 6 sigma) and data exploitation using software such as Excel or Power BI.

You must have an Internship Agreement signed by an educational institution.

Our Benefits ##

  • A special day among interns, dedicated to discovering the Bulgari universe
  • Attentive and personalized support throughout your experience
  • A kind, dynamic, and collaborative atmosphere, where everyone can express themselves freely
  • Welcoming break areas: coffee and hot drinks offered, convivial cafeterias, terraces to meet in the sun
  • More than two weeks of leave to fully enjoy your free time
  • A pleasant working environment in Switzerland, between nature and quality of life, conducive to personal and professional balance
  • The opportunity to join our B-Clubs (yoga, running, golf, music, etc.) and share convivial moments with colleagues
