This is what awaits you During your one-year internship, you will dive deep into the world of inhouse HR management and take on important and exciting tasks in our team from the start: • End-to-End Recruitment: You will actively support the entire recruitment process – from screening applications to conducting telephone interviews to selecting suitable talents • Organization of trial days: You will coordinate and accompany trial days for potential new employees and ensure that the candidates get an excellent first impression of us • Prepare starters: You will be responsible for the administrative and organizational preparation of new employees (onboarding/starters) so that their first day of work is a complete success • Employee support on site: You will be directly present in the operation, accompany our employees in their daily work, and always have an open ear for their concerns • Important staff position: You will take on a central role and act as an important staff position as well as a reliable contact person for our employees on site • Building relationships & networking: You will conduct personal and telephone conversations on site • HR administration: You will maintain and update our personnel and customer data professionally and reliably • Independence: You will work independently, set priorities, and take responsibility for your own areas of work early on Qualifications This is what you bring #### • Your foundation: A completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification - as long as you have a good head on your shoulders and are structured • Your fuel: You love the pulse of e-commerce and have a genuine joy in people.
