Trainee Program Transformation & Project Management Customer Experience (m/f/d)

Duration trainee program: 1. March 2027 - 29. February 2028

In the Transformation Delivery Cluster Basic, we accompany projects and transformation initiatives with a focus on Customer Experience from the idea to successful implementation. Together with different specialist departments, we analyze requirements, coordinate implementation, and help realize sustainable solutions for PostFinance. During your trainee assignment, you will gain insights into various roles and areas of responsibility in transformation and project management. You will work closely with experienced specialists, stakeholders, and the leadership team, get to know different perspectives, and build a valuable network. Step by step, you will take on responsibility for your own tasks and projects and develop according to your strengths and interests in a dynamic environment.

What you can achieve

• You will gain insights into various roles of transformation and project management, specifically in the areas of Business Analysis and Project Management, and actively contribute to ongoing initiatives
• You will work with different stakeholders from Business, IT, and other specialist departments and get to know their perspectives
• You will support the leadership team with cross-cutting issues regarding the further development of the cluster and cooperation with other departments
• You will step by step take on responsibility for your own tasks, work packages, or smaller initiatives and develop according to your strengths
• You are interested in transformative initiatives from the areas of End-To-End digitization, process automation, self-service, Core Banking, and segment control, and you succeed in immersing yourself in different topics

What you bring with you

• You are shortly before completing your Master's degree in economics, social sciences, or a STEM discipline, or have already completed it, which was not more than two years ago at the start of the program
• Analytical and structured way of thinking as well as the ability to prepare complex matters in an understandable way
• Ability to proactively approach people and for target-group-oriented communication with different stakeholders
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent way of working, willingness to take on responsibility and to contribute your own ideas
• Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
