The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job positions as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs. To complement our team, we are looking for an upbeat and motivated personality for a fixed-term internship of 12 months - as a pre-internship or training internship - starting immediately or by arrangement. Intern Living 80%-100% Our interdisciplinary team coaches and accompanies a shared residential community of fifteen adults with support needs at Salus-Sol. In addition to topics in living, the accompaniment and design of daily structure offers are also included. The ESB also actively engages with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focuses on participation and co-design in all processes.
