To meet its development, Equans Switzerland based in the Geneva region, offers an internship for a student in the 5th year of engineering school within our Security & Automation department.

Internship title:

Integration of AI within different tasks to successfully carry out a Building Automation Management project.

Your mission

In the first instance, you will grasp with our teams the tasks of writing functional analyses, the design and programming of BACS controllers and supervisors as well as the specific techniques used in commissioning. Following this discovery phase, you will be asked to implement different AI tools in order to optimize the various tasks of our employees. This internship will allow you to explore cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the intelligent digitalization of our infrastructures. You will have the opportunity to become familiar with controllers from the Beckhoff, Schneider, SAIA - ranges, as well as Ignition, PC-Vue, Iconics- supervisors.

Your profile

Student in the final year of engineering school or in higher education at a bac+5 level, with a specialization in computer science, industrial computing or automation, you are looking for a six-month end-of-studies internship. You have good foundations in programming and have a particular interest in artificial intelligence and its concrete applications in technical professions. You wish to discover or deepen your knowledge in controller programming, supervision and Building Automation Management (BACS). Knowledge in building automation or in the management of technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and blinds) is an asset, but not indispensable: our teams will support you in the discovery of these fields. Rigorous and passionate about technology, you enjoy teamwork and wish to invest yourself within a rapidly developing group.
