Process Mapping Intern - Internship between 6 and 12 months - 100 %

As a process mapping intern, you will collaborate with our Process Optimization and Automation department to model, analyze, and improve our internal processes. This internship is aimed at a person currently in training wishing to acquire practical experience.

What you do on a daily basis

In close collaboration with the different teams, you discover how they operate and develop a global understanding of the activities and interactions within the company.

You participate in the modeling and analysis of existing processes. You carry out their detailed mapping using the Bizagi tool, applying the BPMN methodology.

Based on your analyses, you identify areas for improvement and contribute to the proposal of key performance indicators (KPI) and SLAs. You also participate in the preparation of process modeling workshops.

What you bring to the team

A student in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, computer science, management, or a related field, you are looking for an internship that allows you to validate your diploma via the obtaining of ECTS credits, or you are looking for a gap year internship between your Bachelor's and your Master's. You possess good analytical skills and know how to translate business needs into concrete solutions.

You are proficient in MS Office environments, particularly Excel. Good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI) is an advantage and knowledge of process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML represents an additional asset.

You demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and autonomy in the performance of your missions. Your sense of priority, organization, and detail, as well as your respect for procedures, allow you to work with rigor. A native French speaker, you ideally possess knowledge of German, which constitutes an asset.
