Housekeeping Supervision Intern

As part of their hotel training, the Housekeeping intern will be present for a duration of 6 months starting from the month of August 2026 working in a pair with an experienced housekeeper. During their internship, the missions will be the following: Train in the profession of Chambermaid/Porter and know cleaning procedures; Know the management of the Laundry, participate in the cleaning and distribution of uniforms and guest linen; Ensure the quality of floral services in the common areas; Identify, report and control various works to be carried out in connection with the technical service; Participate in the monitoring of quality, maintenance and stock management of equipment and goods; Train in the profession of Housekeeper and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services to the hotel guests throughout their stay; Daily control and supervision of the teams' work for arrivals, stay-overs and departures and ensure compliance with current standards; Manage lost and found according to the procedure; Participate in administrative tasks (preparation of openings according to the To, development of schedules, verification of invoices, etc.). Only internship requests within the framework of the schools referenced by the Swiss collective labor agreement for the hotel-restaurant industry are accepted.
