Scintilla AG is globally responsible for the development, production, marketing, and sales coordination of accessories for power tools for crafts, industry, and DIY. Job description You work in the newly established team in the area of Global Portfolio Management and support the following focal points: You coordinate global product portfolio requirements and network with various internal organizations. You take over the management of portfolio databases, implement IT tools, and create KPI dashboards and reports for success measurement. Participating in portfolio-driven projects is one of your main tasks, including communication with stakeholders. In the team, you actively shape the implementation of special projects and thus also make a significant contribution to the success and further development of our company. Qualifications Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar (FH/Uni) and the concrete intention to take up a Master's degree in Switzerland. Personality and way of working: You have the ability to work independently and are at the same time a strong team player. You like to take the initiative and take on responsibility. Experience and know-how: You have experience with data analysis tools and software (especially Power BI). Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a pronounced product understanding and product affinity characterize you. Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in a global and cross-functional environment and are interested in strategic portfolio topics. Languages: Very good English skills. German is an advantage. Additional information The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed Bachelor graduates who want to pursue a Master's degree. The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 - 18 months of practical experience to introduce technical and business management contexts. The second phase includes the Master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis.
