Bern | 80-100% | This is the contribution you can make * Process various requests (user management, change requests, incidents, etc.) regarding the IT applications of EESSI, which are made by the service desks of the various social insurance sectors in Switzerland and abroad. Ensure the continuous optimization of operations (second level support) * Participate in the continuous improvement of the EESSI software (release management) and optimization of the didactic material * Analyze and fix error messages, implement interim solutions, conduct test series and ensure the smooth operation of the IT applications (monitoring) * Work closely with the Bundesamt für Informatik und Telekommunikation (BIT), as well as with the EU Commission and with the service desks of the other states participating in EESSI * Actively participate in meetings with our contact persons at the social insurance institutions in Switzerland and abroad What makes you unique * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar field (degree not more than one year before the start of the internship) * Acumen, independence and ability to work in a team * Ability to independently analyze and evaluate complex topics as well as to develop solutions * Strong interpersonal and intercultural competencies, flexibility, stress resistance and sense of humor * Clear communication as well as mastery of two official languages and English In a nutshell Are you interested in information systems, social insurance and international relations?
