Your tasks

• Collaboration in the further development of processes with a focus on improvement and reengineering
• Actively contributing specialist know-how from studies
• Modeling processes in BPMN 2.0 with process management software
• Clarifying questions with the various internal departments
• Further developing and conducting process labs as well as collaboration in quality assurance/IKS

Your profile

• Degree or upcoming degree (Bachelor, Master) in BWL, Business Informatics or a related discipline
• Interest and possibly initial experience in the field of process management
• Practical experience with BPMN 2.0 desirable
• Independent, goal-oriented and committed (co-)working
• Enjoyment of conceptual tasks and contact with internal customers
