Your tasks

• Pre-select application dossiers and prepare interviews with candidates
• Actively participate in daily HR work
• Optimize processes, collect and prepare ideas on HR topics
• Support HR in projects (Business Media, corporate culture, change projects)
• Handle administrative activities related to the employment of employees

Your profile

• In preparation for completing a Bachelor/ Master in BWL or BSc Betriebsökonomie
• Interest in working with people as well as enjoyment of operational and conceptual tasks
• Networked thinking and good analytical skills
• Good Excel skills and a confident handling of numbers and data
• Stylistically proficient German in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
