Job Description

For our Innovation & Design team, we are looking for our future intern for a duration of 6 months starting from February 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the identification of innovation opportunities and to the design of new experiences, products, and services centered on user needs.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in user research through interviews, observations, and field analysis in order to identify needs, pain points, and innovation opportunities
• Contributing to the design and development of new concepts using Design Thinking, agile innovation, and co-construction approaches
• Creating mockups, prototypes, or proofs of concept, participating in user tests, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the proposed solutions
• Taking part in innovation and transformation projects by conducting benchmarks, market analyses, as well as recommendations intended for the various stakeholders

Qualifications

• You hold or are currently obtaining a Bachelor or Master in a field related to design, innovation, engineering, entrepreneurship, or digital technologies
• You possess a strong sensitivity to user-centered approaches, Design Thinking, and innovation, and have a marked interest in new technologies
• You have excellent analysis, synthesis, communication, and storytelling skills, and are comfortable with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or equivalent
• Curious, creative, and endowed with a strong sense of initiative, you enjoy evolving in a collaborative environment and participating in the design of new experiences, products, and services
• You perfectly master French both orally and in writing, English is a plus
