Housekeeping Supervision Intern

As part of their hotel training, the F&B intern will be present for a duration of 6 months starting from the month of February 2026 within our restaurant de la Cigogne

During their internship, the missions will be as follows:

• Welcoming customers;
• Taking and serving customer orders quickly and accurately;
• Participating in service during banquets and events;
• Communicating orders to the chefs, paying attention to priorities and specific requests (food allergies, etc.);
• Setting up the restaurant;
• Clearing dirty dishes and utensils;
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant dining room;
• Answering customer questions regarding menu items.

Only internship requests within the framework of the schools referenced by the Swiss collective labor agreement for the hotel-restaurant industry are accepted.

• Student in the hotel field;
• Language: French and English indispensable, a third language is an asset;

The Hôtel de la Cigogne 5*, has 49 rooms, junior suites and suites, each decorated in a different style. This house of great charm has a traditional restaurant, a bar as well as a magnificent lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches and dinners that can accommodate up to 40 people.
