Intern in Work Agogics, 100 % ##

The Jobshop workshop is a unique offering: From Monday to Friday, up to 45 people perform manual industrial tasks. The entry conditions are deliberately low and the requirements are low-threshold. Anyone who wants to work can work up to three hours a day without prior appointment. Even those who are able to perform little are welcome and recognized, receiving daily structure and appreciation. The offering is aimed at socio-economically disadvantaged and/or substance-dependent people in difficult life circumstances. Together with them, you will process real orders in large quantities for trade and industry. In this function, you will operate in the tension between social and economic orders. With the goal of obtaining a recognized qualification, you will work together in a team and with the employees in the workshop.

These tasks await you: Support and promotion ###

• Supervision of employees at their workplace (work instruction and support)
• Work preparation and planning
• Quality control, ensuring occupational safety
• Responsibility for compliance with house rules, crisis intervention

Managing customer orders ###

• Processing orders for external customers
• Ensuring quality and delivery dates

Administration ###

• Reliable completion of daily administration, time recording, cash management
• Participation in team meetings

Your profile ###

• Interest and joy in working with people with substance dependency and/or other impairments of a psychological or social nature and in the demanding working alliance with them
• Resilient, good physical constitution, planning and improvisation skills
• The desire to work manually in the workshop and production
• Good IT application skills (MS-Office package)
• Driver's license, category B, is an advantage
