Together with specialists and trainers, you will work on the optimization of learning content, promote knowledge transfer, and make an important contribution to the qualification of our employees.   What is the position about? As an intern in the ProExpertise area, you will support the production organization in the further development and quality assurance of trainings, tutorials, and vocational training. You will contribute to revising, simplifying, and adapting existing learning content to current processes, products, and standards. Together with specialists, trainers, and structural authors, you will ensure that knowledge is documented sustainably and communicated understandably.   Which tasks will you undertake? You will: • Analyze existing trainings, tutorials, and vocational training and check them for currency. • Optimize content linguistically, technically, and didactically; revise and restructure training documents according to defined standards. • Identify outdated content and develop suggestions for updates. • Conduct coordination with specialists, trainers, and process managers; assign trainings to the corresponding production processes and products. • Support the migration and revision of learning content. • Ensure uniform documentation and versioning. • Participate in workshops to optimize the training landscape. • Maintain overviews, Excel files, and documentation for training management. What do we expect from you?
