The contribution you can make

• Collaborate on criminal proceedings of the Confederation, predominantly in French
• Support the heads of proceedings in the preparation of decrees
• Prepare and participate in interrogations with defendants, persons informed of the facts and witnesses, as well as in interviews and examinations of the files with lawyers
• Clarify issues of substantive and procedural law
• Assist in the preparation and representation of indictments, appeals, coercive measures, as well as related requests, challenges and positions

What distinguishes you

• University degree in law (master's level) obtained in 2026 or at the latest at the start of the traineeship (The start of the traineeship must occur within 18 months of obtaining the diploma -- two years for future lawyers)
• Not more than six months of practical experience within the Federal Administration
• Reliability, precision in work, pleasure in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Solution and implementation oriented, independent, proactive
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English

In summary

This challenging six-month internship allows one to get an overview of the fight against serious forms of international and intercantonal economic crime.
Possible start date: 1 January 2027, 1 March 2027 or 1 July 2027
