Job Description
You want to gain practical experience in the construction management of innovative and sustainable construction projects? Then lay the foundation for a successful career and become part of our team in Chur by or after agreement.
In our interdisciplinary projects, you will work closely with the construction and project management and receive valuable insights into execution. Your employment will be in our office in Zürich. For the duration of your internship, you will accompany the large-scale project Neue Fachhochschule Graubünden and will accordingly be on-site in Chur.
Participate in the schedule/cost- and quality-compliant processing of structural engineering projects as well as support the site management
Checking of offers, invoices, additions, risks, as well as forecast determinations
Support in schedule management and planning as well as monitoring the construction progress
Participation in tendering, awarding, and contract conclusion
Support in the coordination of contractors on-site
Preparation of cost/schedule reports, presentations, and budget overviews
Assumption of partial tasks in the area of Lean Construction Management
Qualifications
Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering (specialization construction) or in a comparable course of study
Initial practical experience in the field of architecture/civil engineering is an advantage
Willingness for day-to-day presence on-site at the construction site
Good knowledge of common MS-Office programs
Passion for innovations and sustainability
Availability ideally for at least 6 months with a workload of 80-100%
