As a cantonal youth home, we support officially admitted, behaviorally problematic, normally gifted young women between 13 and 22 years old. To this end, we have 25 places in residential groups managed from closed to open, internal daily structures, as well as therapeutic offers. Since 2018, we have been working according to the schema pedagogy approach.

Your tasks

Under guidance and supervision, you will care for the young people during non-work and non-school time. You are co-responsible for the safety of the admitted young people, monitor and organize activities in their free time and on weekends. You assist with key person work and are a co-key person for a young person. You bring your personal resources into the team, help maintain the young people's journal and write protocols and reports as required. You are co-responsible for the household work in the group.

You will carry out an internship project following internal consultation.

Your profile

You are a resilient and upbeat personality, at least 23 years old, wish to complete an internship in the field of social pedagogy (Practical Module I or II) and appreciate versatile work. You are able to set and enforce boundaries. You handle administrative tasks skillfully on the PC (MS-Office). You are prepared to also take on weekend and night shifts.
