Tasks * You will support R&D Project Managers in the development of new products and the improvement of existing products. * You will prepare and perform laboratory tests, measurements, and controls according to defined procedures. * You will participate in industrial trials and collect, process, and interpret experimental data. * You will prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation, contributing to the advancement of research and development activities. * You will collaborate with Production, Quality, and Product Management to ensure the success of projects.
