Company project

Within our file manufacturing workshops, you will join the Operations teams and participate directly in industrial performance improvement projects.

In a production environment combining historical know-how, industrial processes, and workshop transformation, your mission will be to analyze flows, identify sources of loss, and implement concrete solutions with the field teams.

Your missions

You will intervene notably on the following subjects:

• Analyze production flows through a VSM (Value Stream Mapping) approach;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions;
• Optimize the organization and ergonomics of workstations;
• Participate in projects for the improvement or transformation of manufacturing processes;
• Evolve the visual management tools of the workshops: work in progress, takt time, load/capacity, productivity, quality, and action monitoring;
• Support managers and production teams in the implementation of field actions.

Profile sought

• Student in the final year of engineering school with an orientation in industrial engineering or production management.

Base and continuous training

• Product industrialization (manufacturing methods, organization, optimization and management of industrial flows and equipment)
• Basic skills in planning tools (MRP, MRP II, Economic quantities, etc.)
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, Solidworks)
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, VSM
• Project management
