Assistant Psychologist in the field of expert reports 50-100%

The Kompetenzzentrum Gutachten with locations in Winterthur and Zürich offers, among other things, the preparation of traffic psychological expert reports. Customers include private individuals, authorities, and companies.
To provide support, we are looking for an Assistant Psychologist in the field of traffic psychological expert reports starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement. The position consists of a three-month internship with the option of subsequent permanent employment.
Framework conditions

• Workload: flexible, at least 50% (Home Office possible)
• Start by arrangement
• Three-month fixed-term internship with the option of subsequent permanent employment as an Assistant Psychologist
• Place of work Winterthur and Zürich
• Salary during the three-month internship gross CHF 2’000.00 (at 80% workload), Assistant Psychologist position gross CHF 6’250.00 (at 80% workload)

Your tasks

• Internship: Observation of cognitive and character assessments, preparation of case files, administrative tasks, conducting assessments in the presence of and under the supervision of specialist psychologists
• Assistant position: Preparation, conducting, and documentation of assessments (tests and exploration) under supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 25 years
• University degree in psychology (Master or Lizentiat)
• Excellent written expression, enjoyment in the documentation of complex content
• Very independent and rapid way of working
• Initial experience with psychological assessment activities is an advantage
• Sound theoretical and practical knowledge in test psychology
• Very good user knowledge of common Office programs
• Willingness to undergo further training to become a Specialist Psychologist for Traffic Psychology FSP is mandatory
