What you can contribute

• Analyze, optimize and define methods and standards for test and change management
• Coordinate the development of HR IT changes between business analysis and development
• Contribute to the development of decision-making bases for the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Assist the HR project manager in agile project management

What makes you unique

• University degree or higher professional training in business informatics or business administration.
• Analytical, conceptual mindset, capable of seeing connections between things, and ability to act autonomously.
• Experience in IT operations, requirements engineering and IT projects is an asset.
• Consulting skills associated with a pragmatic and practice-oriented mentality.
• Proficiency in a second official language is an asset.

The Army Staff (EM A) supports the Chief of the Army in its activities of conducting the departmental domain of Defense and ensures global military planning as well as the development of the Swiss Army as a whole. It develops the strategic bases, the development of the armed forces and the planning of the army and armament, in accordance with political directives, and assumes tasks in the context of international security. The conduct, steering and coordination of all transversal areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within its competence.
