YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and accompany strategy workshops as well as create analyses and presentations
• Coordinate strategic projects and support large-scale projects such as the Ambulante Klinik Meilen
• Conduct Lean analyses, KAIZEN initiatives, and Gemba walks
• Support quality management, patient safety, communication, and events
• Independently organize meetings, appointments, minutes, and administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Health Economics, Health Care Management, or comparable
• Interest in hospital processes, strategy, and Lean Management
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension, and an independent way of working
• Organizational skills, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good MS-Office skills as well as proficient German
