Your tasks
Support of the CEO in corporate management, process, and organizational development
Independent management and implementation of projects and tasks
Creation of analyses, presentations, and decision-making bases
Collaboration on strategic topics such as digitalization, process development, sustainability, and organizational development
Accompanying workshops, meetings, and internal communication
What you bring with you
Bachelor's or Master's student (or graduate) in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Management, or comparable
Entrepreneurial and structured thinking as well as high personal responsibility
Digitally savvy, strong communication skills, and resilient – you maintain an overview at all times
Structured way of working and enjoyment of analytical work
Desire for responsibility, further development, and independent working
