Intern Process Management and Quality (PMQ) The Process Management & Quality (PMQ) department is responsible for the continuous optimization and further development of processes, quality standards and digital solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as an Intern Process Management & Quality (PMQ) (m/f/d) by agreement. What awaits you? * Further develop KnOwly: You contribute your ideas and your digital know-how so that our internal knowledge database grows technically and content-wise. * Keep an eye on systems and processes: You support us in ensuring the functionality and availability of relevant solutions, for example in the area of the telephony system. * Accompany your own changes: You take over smaller change requests, formulate requirements, coordinate with developers and accompany the implementation until go-live. * Help shape Process Mining: You assist in the buildup of our Process Mining, analyze real process data together with us and help to make improvement potentials visible for the specialist departments. * A sound CPI training with basic knowledge in Lean Six Sigma. * Practical insights into process management, quality, training and digital solutions. * Varied tasks in the leasing environment instead of pure support work. * Personal responsibility in manageable projects and changes. * Cooperation with specialist departments and IT - from the first idea to implementation. * Valuable practical experience with a future-oriented method: You learn to understand process data, prepare it understandably and derive concrete approaches for improvements from it. What do you bring with you? * You are studying business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study - or bring another background that fits well with the tasks. * You are interested in AI and digital solutions and have ideally already tried out initial applications. * Initial experience in business analysis, project management or process work is a plus - more important to us are your curiosity and willingness to learn. * You are enthusiastic about digital technologies and data-based process improvement. Prior knowledge in Process Mining is not required - curiosity, analytical thinking and the willingness to learn new things are more important to us. * Knowledge of Articulate, Vyond, Confluence or Jira is welcome, but not a must. * You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage. * You work in a structured manner, take responsibility and approach different contact persons openly.
