The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone in Roche's global production and logistics network. More than 2000 people are employed here and the site houses Roche's largest and most innovative packaging operation worldwide.The OpportunityAs an intern in the area of Quality Systems at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in the provision and maintenance of pharmaceutical quality processes and systems, including support for our users and interfaces. In our role, we work closely with subject matter experts from all areas in both local and global environments and promote the further development of processes.As an intern, you will be involved in our activities as a team member on an equal footing. You will have the opportunity to get to know modern working methods, such as Scrum, Lean Management, team development/change management, and self-organization. Furthermore, you will gain insight into the working methods of the agile and cross-departmental teams (Squads) coordinated by us. During this internship, you will gain insight into the following topics:Quality Risk ManagementChange and Discrepancy ManagementDocumentation/Content Management Evaluation of quality metricsQuerying and visualization of dataOrganization of the local quality decision-making body (Quality Council)Organization and support of workshops and trainingDesign and maintenance of our local websitesWho You AreYou are enrolled or have completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of natural sciences, pharmaceutical technology, engineering, business informatics, or also gladly from other areas within the last 12 months, and have interest. Your interest in applying your knowledge within a modern working environment during at least a 6-month internship, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
