• Support in the establishment and further development of IV measures
• Collaboration on scanning and digitization tasks
• Taking over activities in connection with entry and administration processes
• Accompanying and supporting employees with disabilities in their daily work
• Active collaboration in the team as well as taking over organizational and administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or experience in an administrative function
• Interest in administrative processes and organizational tasks
• High identification with working for and with people with disabilities
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong social competence as well as joy in working with different stakeholder groups
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
