Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself on a fixed-term basis for 6 months starting from 1 December 2026 with our team in the administration for the care residential groups of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter?

Tasks ##

• You participate in the organization of various events, projects, and orders.
• You support the development of measures in quality assurance and development.
• You support the administration department and the operations management by taking on versatile administration tasks.
• You support the quality managers in the processing and updating of documents and support employees in different areas of digitalization.
• You help with the development of ideas for advertising the care residential group offering and carry out corresponding public relations work.

Profile ##

• You are a student or have a maturity certificate
• Networked thinking and an independent way of working
• Desire and joy to present and shape your own ideas and to contribute creatively in different areas
• You are familiar with different PC application programs and ideally bring social media understanding
• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in the administration area

The Gesundheitszentren für das Alter of the Stadt Zürich are one of the largest geriatric institutions in Switzerland. We are the leading service provider in the elderly and care sector - with competence, heart, and a comprehensive range of services from a single source.

Together, in the decentralized care residential groups of the Gesundheitszentren, we ensure holistic care and comprehensive nursing of the residents. The care residential groups offer space for groups between eight and 22 people with a demential or gerontopsychiatric illness. Comprehensive care and support are offered in a family atmosphere. The focus is on individual, everyday, and needs-oriented accompaniment of the residents and their relatives.
