Berne | 80-100% | What you can contribute * Respond to various requests (user management, change requests, incidents, etc.) relating to EESSI IT applications issued by the service desks of the different social insurance sectors, in Switzerland and abroad, and ensure the continuous optimization of operations (second level support) * Participate in the continuous improvement of EESSI software (release management) and optimize teaching materials * Analyze and resolve error reports, implement interim solutions, carry out test batteries, guarantee the proper functioning of IT applications (monitoring) * Work closely with the Federal Office of IT and Telecommunications (OFIT), the European Commission and the service desks of other countries participating in EESSI * Actively participate in meetings with our active interlocutors within the social insurance sectors in Switzerland and abroad What makes you unique * Bachelor or Master in business administration, computer science, business informatics or in a similar field (degree obtained less than one year before the start of the internship) * Quick-wittedness, autonomous and willingness to work in a team * Ability to analyze and evaluate complex topics independently and to develop solutions * Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, flexibility, stress resistance and sense of humor * Clear communication, and proficiency in two official languages and English In a few words Are you interested in information systems, social insurance and international relations? Within our young << Digitalisation internationale >> (DIGINT) team, you will actively participate in the optimization of electronic information exchanges between Switzerland and the rest of Europe and acquire valuable experience within the framework of IT projects related to Swiss and foreign social insurance, which could serve as the basis for your Bachelor/Master thesis.
