What you bring with you

• Completed technical vocational training or comparable technical training
• IV retraining entitlement in the field of work agogics (confirmation must be attached)
• Empathic, socially competent, reliable, and independent personality with good observational skills * Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS-Office)

What you can achieve

• Leadership, care, and guidance of 10 to 15 employees with mental, physical, or psychological impairments
• Implementation and planning of production orders as well as ensuring timely and high-quality execution. In doing so, an optimal utilization of the workstations is always ensured - taking into account the individual resilience of the supported employees
• Creation of work instructions and user manuals
• Setting up machines and devices for the assigned orders
• Carrying out periodic assessments, documentation of observations in the ERP system, and ensuring absence management
