Your tasks

• As part of the legal internship, accompanied by experienced specialists, you will gain insight into the diverse activities of the authority and collect practical experience in child and adult protection law.
• You will prepare protocols and decisions, independently clarify legal issues, and receive regular professional feedback on this.
• You will take over the minute-taking during hearings.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in law and bring a pronounced interest in the diverse topics of child and adult protection.
• You are proficient in oral and written expression.
• You have good comprehension skills and a careful way of working.

The internship salary is determined based on the guidelines for the lawyer internship of the Kantonsgericht Luzern.

The Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) ensures the welfare and protection of children, adolescents, and adults in need of assistance. The court-like and interdisciplinary composed authority employs 37 employees.
