• Participate in discussions with taxpayers from French-speaking Switzerland or their representatives, as well as with cantonal tax authorities
• Draft assessments and appeals to the competent courts in Western Switzerland, as well as to the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court
• Draft legal opinions and internal administrative statements
• Clarify private law preliminary questions in commercial and corporate law

What makes you unique

• Master in Law; the degree must have been completed at most 18 months before the start of the internship
• Interest in tax and administrative law
• Independent way of working as well as experience in using the MS Office suite
• Confident written and oral expression
• Good knowledge of a second official language

In a nutshell

You will dive into the world of taxation, handling objections, accompanying judicial proceedings, and primarily drafting legal documents in French in the areas of withholding tax, stamp duties, direct federal tax, and tax harmonization.
