Trainee 100% Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) is the official organization responsible for the promotion of Swiss exports and the Swiss economic location. With the support of a unique global network, S-GE supports more than 6500 Swiss companies every year in their international activities and accompanies innovative foreign companies in their establishment in Switzerland. S-GE acts on behalf of the Confederation and the cantons for a strong foreign economy and to strengthen prosperity in Switzerland since 1927. A private consulting organization, S-GE has approximately 200 employees and more than 3000 partners, and supports its clients internationally throughout the world. In approximately 30 countries, S-GE is present through its own teams, the Swiss Business Hubs (SBH), which are integrated into the diplomatic representations of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAE). From 18 January 2027, we are offering Master's degree graduates a trainee position, at 100% (one-year fixed-term contract). Your missions You will be based in the Switzerland Global Enterprise offices in Renens (VD) and placed under the direct authority of the head of the French-speaking office. Your missions will be the following: * Support to the French-speaking team in all aspects relating to ongoing strategic projects * Support in the organization of events * Support for the implementation of S-GE's strategy in French-speaking Switzerland in coordination with our headquarters in Zurich * Entry of client data and preparation of offers in our customer relationship management (CRM) system * Support to advisors in their client processes (consulting sessions, mandates, group missions) * Interactions with our offices in Zurich and around the world * Support in client acquisition for missions abroad and events in French-speaking Switzerland * Market/sector briefings: writing of sectoral summary sheets * Coordination with French-speaking <<stakeholders>> * Support in the preparation of country and/or sectoral presentations * Support for <<investment promotion>> activities in the life sciences field * Possibility to stay for three months in a European Swiss Business Hub (to be carried out during the 12 months) Your profile This position is intended for graduates of a Higher Education institution (University / HES) presenting the following profile: * Master in <<International Affairs & Governance>>, economics, business management or international law * Keen interest in economic issues * Ideally, first professional experiences acquired during studies * Excellent command of French and English, both written and oral, good knowledge of German, other linguistic skills appreciated * Communicative, curious, eloquent and very autonomous in work * Organizational talent and affinity for foreign cultures S-GE offers you Exciting work in an international context at the interface with politics in a pleasant and modern setting in Renens, as well as flexibility in work organization in a spirit of collegiality.
