Your tasks

• You are part of the residential area team and care for adolescents with psychosomatic and psychiatric challenges by supporting them in their everyday lives.
• Together with the adolescents, their parents, and our multiprofessional team, you will help shape the individual care/support of the adolescents.
• You are part of a motivated team and will be professionally supervised during the internship.

Your profile

• Student in the Bachelor's degree program at the zhaw, Department of Social Work - Field of Social Pedagogy
• Motivation for collaboration in a multiprofessional team
• High emotional resilience
• Strong social competence and teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with adolescents

Your salary ##

We follow the salary recommendations of the OdA Gesundheit Zürich.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
