Your tasks ##

In the field of administration, we are looking for interns with a high sense of quality who will support our teams in the following work, depending on the area of deployment:

• Support in diverse administrative activities as well as support for the management teams in operational activities
• Pending tasks management and appointment coordination for the respective business area
• Processing written and telephone inquiries
• Creating presentations and documentation
• Processing and correct filing of records and documents
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Further tasks may include, among others:

• Organization of team meetings and events
• Minute taking in team meetings
• Maintaining statistics and processing databases
• Accounting and forwarding of invoices
• Assistance in material management

What you bring with you ##

• You attend a commercial/business middle school or have a gymnasial degree
• Quality awareness and customer orientation
• Communication skills, teamwork, and helpfulness
• Willingness to learn and commitment
• Very good MS Office skills

This prior education you bring with you ##

Commercial or Business Middle School ###

During the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the school-organized basic training. If you also acquire the Berufsmatura, the access to the Fachhochschule is open to you.

Private Commercial School ###

During the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the commercial basic training at a private commercial school. With the EFZ, you can enter professional life or attend further education.

Gymnasium / Matura ###

After the Matura, you gain initial professional experience in the office and thereby fulfill the requirements for studying at a Fachhochschule.
