For our team, we are looking for a dedicated intern who wants to support us in the varied daily routine of recruitment and gain initial professional experience.

Your tasks:

• Support in the recruitment and placement of employees
• Contact with applicants, clients, and employees
• Assistance in the creation of job advertisements and applicant profiles
• Support with administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Interest in people, communication, and recruitment
• A motivated, reliable, and open personality
• Good German language skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• A completed training in the construction industry is an advantage
• Initial experience in the construction industry is welcome, but not a must
