Your contribution

• Design, implement and evaluate measures for personnel and organizational development
• Develop protocols, bases and tools in the areas of personnel development, organizational development, health management, as well as diversity & inclusion
• Organize workshops, seminars and events
• Write personnel reports
• Draw up minutes and manage planning tools

What distinguishes you

• University degree or UAS, preferably with a focus on work and organizational psychology or personnel management
• Experience within the framework of projects as well as interest in the areas of health management, as well as diversity & inclusion
• Autonomy, efficiency and a work style geared towards achieving goals
• Communicative and determined with excellent editorial skills
• Good knowledge of a second official language

Migration concerns us

The State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) is responsible for all matters relating to asylum and foreign national law in Switzerland. The RU Competence Center is responsible for the professional management of learning, development and mutation processes, for the promotion of health and operational case management, as well as the diversity & inclusion area.

Complementary information

No more than 18 months must have passed between obtaining the degree and the start of the internship.
