Your tasks

• Recruitment of ICT profiles
• Creation of job advertisements and active search for the required profiles
• Acquisition of new candidates and use of social media channels for candidate acquisition
• Pre-selection of applications, conducting interviews and discussing candidates with the project manager
• Maintenance of the database and preparation of candidate dossiers
• Support within the team in building and managing the candidate pool
• Various administrative tasks in connection with the recruitment process

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or recent graduates (including part-time graduates)
• Interest in IT personnel recruitment is mandatory
• Sound MS Office skills, communicative, responsible, open personality with good manners and professional appearance
• Joy in success and in working with people
• Ability to organize and set priorities, both independently and in a team
• Rapid comprehension, high motivation, commitment and will to performance
• German language skills level C2 as well as French language skills min. level B2 are mandatorily necessary
