Kaserne Payerne \| 80-100% This is what you can contribute • Collaborate in cross-departmental projects, especially in the introduction of new weapon systems • Participate in the organization and implementation of internal workshops and meetings and create the necessary documents, slides, etc. • Create concepts and implement work orders, especially on the topic of working conditions for pilots and mechanics • Support the revision and updating of structures as well as collaborate in personnel cost management • Support the Head of Deployment and Career Management in planning and the line supervisors in implementing the process of cadre development <br /> What makes you unique • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Work and Organizational Psychology or a related field • Committed and independent personality with pleasure in exchanging with different groups of people and professions • Quick comprehension, initiative, reliable • Secure in handling common PC programs • Good verbal and written expression skills; good active knowledge of a second official language <br /> In brief As a university intern in our team, you work at the interface between line and Human Resources. Together with our team, you design concrete measures and gain insight into strategic issues of the Air Force.
