Die JVA Grosshof offers you a practical field of learning: you support committed persons in their daily work and gain valuable experience while working in a team that lives clear structures, openness and mutual support.

The internship lasts at least six months, with the option to extend.

Your tasks

• Supportingly, you accompany committed persons in their daily work and provide instruction according to work agogic principles.
• You prepare work assignments according to specifications.
• As part of a team, you support the accompaniment of the committed persons and at all times keep the applicable security requirements in view.
• Your area of responsibility also includes the processing of administrative orders.
• You actively participate in the meetings of the Ressort Arbeit und Beschäftigung and contribute your observations as well as inputs from daily internship life.

Your profile

• You have a completed 3- or 4-year vocational training (EFZ, Berufsmittelschule or Matura) and bring a solid professional foundation.
• In demanding situations, you show high resilience, remaining calm and flexible.
• You bring a solution- and resource-oriented mindset.
• Dealing with people from different cultures and challenging life situations is familiar to you or you bring a pronounced interest in them.
• You are familiar with the common MS-Office programs and can use them confidently.
• The internship is suitable for persons with an interest in training in work agogics, in an exciting and practical environment.
