MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to establish new safety standards, procedures, and regulations, by carrying out the necessary preliminary research and literature review.
• Organization and implementation of the support document for the creation or modification of FIA Standards related to Safety and circuit equipment
• Create a preliminary version of new FIA standards or updated standards related to Safety and circuit equipment according to the instructions received.
Support the development of prototypes in close collaboration with safety equipment manufacturers
• Transmit the instructions received to the safety equipment manufacturer
• Regularly follow up and report back to the safety equipment manufacturer
Provide assistance to the Concurrent Safety group
• Drafting of safety standards and regulations
• Support for the allocation of new homologations
• Preparation of post-homologation tests
• Review of homologation test reports
Preparation and participation in meetings, internal or external.
