For our company, we are looking for support as a commercial intern in human resources 100% starting immediately or by arrangement

• Reception and telephone support for job seekers, temporary employees and our customers
• Creation of short profiles and candidate dossiers for our recruitment consultants
• Assistance in the recruitment process of new employees
• Support in personnel administration (application management, report recording, sickness and accident management, master data maintenance)
• Coordination of internal processes such as office material management, mail management and email inboxes
• Assistance in the organization of events
• Various other administrative activities such as master data maintenance and digitalization of documents
