In the Rechtsabteilung (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/bvu/ueber-uns/organisation/rechtsabteilung), we process and decide on construction and planning appeals and prepare objection decisions on road and hydraulic engineering projects. We advise the specialist departments of the department and answer external inquiries regarding construction, planning and environmental law.
