Zollikofen, Switzerland (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make * Develop target-group-oriented text contributions for employees, customers, and the online magazine, primarily in German * Co-responsible for day-to-day business in the corporate communications of the BIT in cooperation with experienced team colleagues * Conceive web presences with specialist departments and develop proposals for contributions * Plan and develop posts and campaigns for social media * Collaborate on communication in cross-team projects * Create the daily media mirror as well as actively participate in the development of the topic planning What makes you unique * Completed Master's degree in social sciences, humanities, or from the IT environment (not more than 18 months prior to starting the position) * Rapid comprehension and very good communication skills; good MS Office skills; enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders as well as handling several tasks simultaneously * Independent, solution-oriented, proactive, and efficient way of working; flexible, assertive, and ready to support the team outside of core tasks if necessary * Very good written expression and editorial skills as well as interest in the often technical topics of federal IT * Very good active knowledge of an official language and good knowledge of a second one In a nutshell You are interested in corporate communications and are ready to help shape them with passion in an agile and state-of-the-art working environment - then we look forward to your application.
