The Department of Work - social and vocational integration is looking for its offerings Garden and Atelier for Upcycling as of 01.09.2026 or by arrangement for an Intern (Pre- or School Internship HF/FH) 60-80% ## We are a team of 10 people and offer employment in various areas for around 45 social assistance recipients. Your tasks • Accompanying our participants in everyday work; You support people with difficult access to the labor market in their daily work. In doing so, you meet them at eye level, help further with individual problems, and strengthen them in their self-efficacy. • Collaboration in the service management, design of everyday work; You actively participate in the organization, planning, and implementation of our work offers. Possibility to carry out your own projects. • Administrative and organizational activities; You support us in documentation and administration - whether in progress meetings, progress reports, or in cooperation with referring agencies. • Networking and interdisciplinary cooperation; You get to know our networks and participate in meetings, progress meetings, or other coordination events. In doing so, you receive exciting insights into the interfaces.
