Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution can be as follows * Support the recruitment of specialists administratively (e.g., when creating job advertisements, organizing interviews and in application management) * Lead the recruitment process of university interns at BIT in cooperation with supervisors and act in the HR role * Organize the monthly welcome event for new employees and participate in its implementation * Support the HR Business Partners in their core operational tasks as well as be able to process and answer incoming inquiries from employees in German (including clarifications and research) * Analyze and interpret data and create reports for various stakeholders What makes you unique * Higher education (Bachelor/Master's degree) completed at most 18 months prior to starting the position * Proactive, independent and forward-looking way of working; organizational talent and capable of maintaining an overview in complex situations; able/willing to ask critical questions * Communicative and adept in oral and written expression; enjoyment of putting customers at the center of activities * Flair for the preparation of information and data/key figures as well as basic knowledge in project management; initial experience with agile working methods and organizations desirable * Good knowledge of an official language and passive knowledge of a second one In a nutshell You want to gain a broad insight into fundamental HR specialist topics and actively participate in daily operational business?
