The ateliers at Werkheim Uster offer a daily structure for people who require accompaniment during the day, but cannot perform productive activities with performance requirements - whether due to age-related limitations or challenging behaviors. In our ateliers, participants have the opportunity to choose from a variety of offers and to develop their skills within a protected framework.

Your main tasks

• Collaboration in the accompaniment, support and guidance of the clients in the activities of the day center/atelier
• Animation and promotion of meaningful activities as well as support in their implementation
• Accompaniment during physical activation as well as in music and rhythm classes
• Support in break supervision
• Supervision during lunch
• Assistance with administrative tasks and organizational activities

What you bring with you

• At least 18 years old
• Self-confidence, perseverance, resilience
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
• Sensitivity towards people with cognitive impairments
• Openness to critically reflect on your own behavior in pedagogical work and learn from it
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
