An internship position for a Procurement Engineer (Continuous Improvement) is to be filled starting from January/February 2027 at our Sonceboz-Sombeval site, within the Purchasing & Supply Chain Management department.

Your mission ###

Reporting directly to the Procurement team and under the responsibility of the Procurement Manager, your main subject will be: Develop and drive the improvement of Procurement and Project processes in accordance with Supply Chain performance objectives:

• Propose, implement, and drive a new continuous improvement method.
• New Sonceboz S&OP process: implement and deploy support tools for the collaborative process with cross-functional functions (Business Lines, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Establish a business case within the framework of internalizing all or part of supplier transport (examples: regionalized Milk run - pallet consolidation on an external logistics platform etc.).
• Model and implement a new safety stock strategy in line with Sonceboz stock objectives and service level (98%).
• Continue the development of automatic Procurement KPIs (Power BI tool) in collaboration with our IT department.
• Formalize Procurement processes.

Your skills ###

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
• Mastery of inventory management and procurement concepts.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Autonomy, creativity, and sense of initiative.
• Good command of French and English.

Your background ###

• Engineering student (Master's level or equivalent), specialization Supply Chain.
