These are your tasks

• Collaboration in the administrative admission and case management of patients
• Control and maintenance of patient, insurance, and case data
• Support with cost guarantees and further administrative clarifications
• Regular reception duties with personal and telephone contact with patients, relatives, and visitors
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments, insurance companies, and other external bodies

What you bring with you

• Attendance of a Handelsmittelschule (HMS) with Berufsmaturität
• Interest in the topics of health, psychology, and administration
• You are reliable, communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
• Good German and MS-Office skills
• Openness to learning new things and taking on responsibility
