Your contribution

• Support the specialists in land and legal acquisition transactions in (construction) projects and in contract management
• Participate in contract negotiations and proceedings before the Eidg. Schätzungskommission
• Regulate or manage individual transactions in the area of uses of national road property (permits, easements, lease and rental agreements, etc.)
• Check the legal compliance and practice of third-party construction projects in the area of national roads
• Conduct legal research and clarifications as well as create file notes and summaries of relevant case law
• Develop contract templates in the area of contract and administrative law

What makes you unique

• University degree in law or in a Master's program
• Interest in general administrative law, especially expropriation and contract law as well as road traffic law
• Teamwork skills, enjoyment of advisory activities, independence
• Skill in creating and editing texts
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics
• Ideally communication skills in two official languages
